Tennis Camp Registration Form

Tennis Camp Registration form at the Rosemont Pool & Tennis Courts from 9:00AM - Noon for boys and girls ages 4 through 12. All levels are welcome. Cost: Ages: 4-6 (cost: $75, sibling $60), 7-12 (cost: $110, sibling $90). If you have a child in each age group, then the cost would be $110 for the older child and $60 for the sibling equaling a family total of $170. The 1st Session will begin at 9:00 for ages 7-12 and the 2nd Session will begin at 10:30 for ages 4-6. A light Lunch will be provided. Space is limited, so registration will be on a first come first serve basis. Please make checks payable to Chapel Hills Community Association. Checks may be mailed to the following address: Chapel Hills CA Tennis Camp, P.O. Box 1892, Douglasville, GA 30133. Your payment MUST be received to secure your spot for the event!
